How we worked this out
The sizes and guest numbers are Tentworx’s own: the seating tables on the marquee, frame tent and stretch tent pages, and the seating charts for marquees and stretch tents, read on 24 October 2026. The planner picks the smallest tent by floor area whose figure for your seating reaches your guest count, and shows the next size up.
On the marquee table the lower figure for each size is round tables of 10 (from 7 x 12 m up) and the higher figure is chairs only. The frame tent table is read the same way. Rectangular tables and the full event come from the seating charts, which list them for marquees and stretch tents. Tables: guests divided by 10 for round tables, or by 8 for rectangular, rounded up. The floor plan is a sketch to scale. The team confirms the size with you and quotes for your event.
